By signing up for RoleWake you agree to these terms. If you don’t, don’t sign up.
The service
RoleWake is an automated job-search service. It stores the profile and CVs you review, searches job boards and the career pages of the companies you follow, scores what it finds against your profile, and — on the paid plan — runs that search every night, writes tailored application documents and answers your questions about specific jobs. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.
Plans, subscription & billing
- Free plan. Without paying you can create a profile, keep 2 CVs with an AI review grade, use the filters and the job feed, follow companies, add jobs by link, run three manual scans a day once your email address is confirmed, and receive weekly job alerts.
- Pro. €29/month, billed in advance. It adds the nightly run, manual scans without a daily cap, AI-written evaluations, CVs and cover letters, answers to questions about specific jobs, daily job alerts, and up to 20 CVs with the full review report. Paid features need an active or trialing subscription.
- Trial. Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. It becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscribing again after a cancellation starts billing straight away.
- Cancelling. Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscriptions → Manage subscription (Stripe’s billing portal).
- Refunds are at the operator’s discretion. The trial is intended to let you decide before paying.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Submit applications on behalf of a third party without their consent.
- Spam recruiters or applicant-tracking systems with low-fit applications.
- Bypass the payment checks, rate limits, or usage quotas.
- Upload malicious files or submit CV material you don’t have the right to use.
AI processing and automated output
Importing a CV uses bounded document extraction and a third-party AI model routed through OpenRouter. Only the extracted text is sent to the model — never the file itself. The original PDF or DOCX (up to 4 MB) is stored with the CV. Extraction and AI suggestions may miss, reorder, invent, or misclassify content, so you must check every suggestion before saving it.
Fit scores, CV reviews, generated documents and answers also come from third-party AI models and can be wrong. Automated output is not legal, financial, or career advice. We don’t guarantee correctness, fitness for purpose, or that any role will match. What each AI feature sends is listed in the privacy policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of the CV, profile information, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees you have paid in the previous 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here with a fresh “Last reviewed” date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we’ll email you 30 days in advance.
