By signing up for RoleWake you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't sign up.

The service

RoleWake is an automated job-search service. The web app stores your reviewed profile and CV Markdown, scans your chosen job portals (a limited number of manual scans on the free plan; nightly and unlimited with a subscription), ranks the matches against your profile, and generates tailored application documents. A private, interactive agent workspace is in development and ships in a future version. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

Subscription & billing

• €29 / month after the 7-day trial. Billed in advance.
• Cancel anytime from the Settings → Billing page (Stripe portal).
• Onboarding, browsing your job feed, Settings, and workspace status are available without payment. Running job-search execution — scans, AI document generation, and the upcoming interactive workspace — requires an active or trialing subscription.
• Refunds are at the operator's discretion. The trial is intended to let you decide before paying.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Submit applications on behalf of a third party without their consent.
• Spam recruiters or applicant-tracking systems with low-fit applications.
• Bypass the payment checks, rate limits, or usage quotas.
• Upload malicious files or submit CV material you don't have the right to use.

CV processing and automated output

Onboarding uses bounded document extraction and a third-party AI model routed through OpenRouter. Extraction and AI suggestions may miss, reorder, invent, or misclassify content. Only extracted text is sent to the AI model — never the file itself. When you finish onboarding, the original PDF or DOCX upload is stored with your account (max 4 MB) along with the profile fields and CV Markdown you review and save. You must check every suggestion before saving it.

Documents and suggestions generated by the service use third-party AI models and can produce incorrect output. Automated output is notlegal, financial, or career advice. We don't guarantee correctness, fitness for purpose, or that any role will match.

Your content

You retain ownership of the CV, profile information, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator's aggregate liability is capped at the fees you have paid in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with a fresh "Last updated" date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we'll email you 30 days in advance.
